It is a restaurant where you can taste the fried pork and salmon of Niigata.The store is in the shopping district and there are not many seats, but the inside is a very beautiful store. What I got is medium size sauce and salmon. There are 5 cutlets. One sheet is not so thick, but you can be completely satisfied with five sheets. Normal size is sufficient for men and women who are not gluttony. It is exquisite that the sauce is too sweet and not too sweet. There is no cabbage under the pork cutlet, only the boiled rice. If you want vegetables, order a salad separately.What I would like to say is that the store is closed early until 20 o'clock and that cutlets may be sold out before the store is closed. When I visited, it was gone after 19:00. If you come from outside the prefecture, you should visit with caution.
